Elisabeth Keller

Keller Enterprises Board Chair & President of Inglewood Farm

Elisabeth Keller is the Chairman of the Board Keller Enterprises and President of Inglewood Farm. She is driven by the vision of a family company whose ventures create sustainable economic vitality, promote environmental stewardship, and strengthen the communities where they are based. Elisabeth came to Keller Enterprises after working for many years in the field of public health as a certified nurse-midwife. Elisabeth holds degrees from Williams College, Yale Divinity School and the Yale School of Nursing. She spends her volunteer time working with organizations focused on health and education in East Africa. She currently serves on the board of the Bishop Masereka Christian Foundation, based in western Uganda.

Caroline Davis

President of Keller Enterprises, LLC

As President of Keller Enterprises, LLC, Caroline works with Elisabeth Keller, Jonathan Gilliland and Robin Gilliland to oversee the strategic direction of the company and ensure that the activities of the company are in keeping with the purpose, mission and values of the company and its shareholders. Caroline serves as the primary Keller Enterprises contact for our philanthropic partners, directing the Good Food Initiative, Keller Enterprises’ philanthropic investment program in Central Louisiana. Alongside her work at Keller Enterprises, Caroline is an avid reader, an intrepid walker, a student of yoga, and a baker of cookies. Caroline is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (BA) and The Ohio State University (MA). She lives with her family in Washington, DC.

Robin Gilliland

Principal and Chief Financial Officer

As a Principal at Keller Enterprises, Robin is responsible for sourcing and supporting Keller’s venture investments and spearheading internal strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Keller, Robin spent 10 years in New York working as a strategic communications consultant, primarily and most recently as a Director for the Brunswick Group. In his previous role at Keller Enterprises, Robin helped launch Keller’s Venture Philanthropy program, leading the due diligence on the Company’s grant to start the Good Food Project. Robin has an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and BA from Wake Forest University.

Jonathan Gilliland

Principal and Chief Investment Officer

Prior to joining Keller Enterprises in 2007, Jonathan spent five years as a Financial Advisor with Scott & Stringfellow, Inc., in Charlottesville, VA, where he analyzed public equity investments, and managed investment portfolios for clients. Before joining Scott & Stringfellow, Jonathan spent three years in San Francisco as General Manager of Swobo Clothing Co., a lifestyle apparel brand serving the outdoor/cycling market. His role there included operations, finance and raising capital. He earned B.S. in Math and Natural Sciences from Washington & Lee University, and an MBA from The Darden School at UVA. He lives with his wife and two sons on their farm in Covesville, VA.

Operating Manager, Inglewood Farm

Lee brings his 25+ years of business experience to Inglewood. As an owner / operator of several businesses in a range of industries, Lee’s strength of detailed management practices will help Inglewood to focus on our mission and core strengths. “It is very rewarding to move an idea or concept into the real world. Businesses must continue to innovate – either with a creative product mix, new services or developing new markets; and then strive toward making that successful.” Lee’s goal at Inglewood is to focus on each division of our farm and lead us in our mission of being an agriculturally and economically sustainable farm.
